Kombucha class of April ‘24 will be taking place on Saturday 6th, 1:30pm - 3:30pm-ish (can sometimes finish early, sometimes overrun a little) at the fantastic Water Lane Walled Garden in Hawkhurst, Kent. All materials included. We will talk SCOBY, learn about the science behind kombucha fermentation, brew tea, drink tea, have light refreshments, feed SCOBY, talk flavouring and bottling etc. You will leave with a shiny new glass jar full of kombucha YOU made, to continue fermenting at home and also one of my sexy swing-top bottles to use when it’s ready… not to mention all the know-how to keep brewing your own batches of wonderful booch! A fully comprehensive class.

Class price includes - 3L glass jar, 750ml Zak’s Kombucha swing-top bottle, cloth, SCOBY/starter, instructions to take home, bucket loads of kombucha tips, good memories and some snacks.
